Exposure to company-wide projects in areas of Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and HR); representing the IT department, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in internal process automation, website management, data analysis & reporting, technical support, tools development, and IT process documentation. You will work closely with various internal teams to enhance processes, optimize digital tools, and support the company's overall & digital development.
Provide first-level technical support and technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist other team members with IT-related challenges and best practices.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for employees to improve their proficiency with IT systems and internal tools.
Research and evaluate new IT tools and technologies to enhance company operations. Onboard solutions for improving IT and company processes across various departments, including automation and optimization (DevOps).
Take an active role in creating and documenting IT processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices to enhance IT efficiency and compliance.
Assist in maintaining security protocols, access controls, and policies.
Support managing and optimizing the company’s website and intranet.
Support collecting & integrating multiple data sources for analytics and reporting.
Design APIs to connect various business systems.
Must have:
○ Fluent in English.
○ Strong understanding of IT support fundamentals (troubleshooting, software installation, hardware setup, network basics).
○ Strong understanding of the Microsoft environment. Solid Excel skills
○ Practical cybersecurity and system administration skills.
○ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
○ Understanding of API integrations and basic scripting (Python).
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
○ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
○ Attention to detail and a proactive mindset, ability to work independently.
○ Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
Nice to have:
○ Working proficiency in French.
○ Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
○ Experience with web development platforms & SEO.
○ Practical knowledge of Webflow.
○ Familiarity with data analysis and data management.
○ Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
○ Knowledge of ERP systems.
