About position

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with drive and passion—a great strategic thinker who has a solid track record in a sales leadership role. In this role, your primary goals will include: building and developing a commercial strategy and organization to meet DePoly’s growth targets. You will also identify new markets and products to diversify our portfolio.

Responsibilities you'll be handling:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that will support market entry and the company’s global business objective.
  • Build and manage a top-performing sales organization by leading all aspects: definition of the structure, recruitment, and coaching of staff, performance management, development and implementation of sales model, the definition of policies for Switzerland in liaison with the International Sales team, as well as overseeing marketing activities.
  • Drive business growth and go-to-market strategy by providing strategic planning, budget management, and policy development.
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitive landscape while also evaluating evolving customer needs and recognizing opportunities for expansion in both commercial and product areas.
  • Represent and promote the company’s name and business in the European chemicals and recycling markets.
  • Participate in international sales activities: events, meetings, and business trips.
  • Develop relationships with corporate partners.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key partners and suppliers.
  • Participate in the modernization and development of the company’s products.
We expect you to have these skills:
  • Proven track record of commercial leadership experience in an international organization, with a track record of success in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Strong links with recycling target markets such as Fashion, Retail, F&B, and Chemicals.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and people management/leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and get things done.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and International mindset.
  • English fluency.
